Bar Code Scanners

ICR 850 - NEW An intelligent technology wins through Matrix sensor based 2D-code systems require an exact positioning of the code for the capture of the code image. The trigger signal needs to be adjusted to the code position on the code object. Depending on the type of code marking, an external illumination unit may also be required.

The SICK Omni directional Bar Code Scanner Array reads luggage tags at many airports. The system uses scanners that can automatically sense and adjust to different size pieces of luggage without needing any external focus inputs.

The SICK CLV490-0010's here are mounted on a robot arm and are capable of focusing and reading the bar codes on products while the robot it approaching or leaving the target.

Here the very small SICK CLV 410-0010 is verifying labels on blood filled test tubes in an automatic blood serum testing machine.

The SICK CLV 430-0010 is an inexpensive line scanner for reading labels on boxes. The 430 incorporates SMART decoding which allows it to read barcode labels at high tilt angles as well as reconstructing damaged code.

Here the CLX 490-0010 uses both auto-focus and an omni-directional "X" pattern laser to decode labels in all 360 degree orientations and a depth of field of 24-69 inches
