SICK C 4000 Micro Cold Storage
The C 4000 Micro Cold Storage light curtain can tolerate operating temperatures down to -30 degrees C (-22 degrees F).
SICK C 4000 Select
The C4000 Select light curtain was designed specifically for ease of installation and commissioning. It is configured using DIP switches, rather than a PC, and provides intuitive and visible diagnostics for fast troubleshooting. The integrated laser and alignment bar graph display simplify alignment, and an optional LED indicator provides continuous status indication — even from a distance.
Sick M 4000 Advanced
The M 4000 Advanced Active/Passive light curtain simplifies entry/exit applications. It requires power to only one side, because the passive side acts like a reflector. The UE403 muting module that attaches to the housing has quick-connects for the muting sensors, so there is no need to run cables back to a control module in a panel. The integrated muting lamp eliminates the need for a separate light and wiring.
SICK Mini Twin
The Mini Twin safety light curtain consists of two identical sticks of the same size. Each miniTwin stick contains both the sender and receiver elements, each symmetrically mounted in one half of a housing. The safety light grid is created by mounting two Mini Twin sticks offset by 180° so that the sender and receiver are located opposite one another. In the case of cascading, the particular system plug used (with one or two outgoing cables) defines which Mini Twin stick acts as the host and which is the guest – and they automatically configure themselves.
SICK V 300
The V300 is ideal for small work cells and assembly station that require the operator to reach through a "window" into the machine or assembly line. The V300 is mounted in one corner of the frame, and a push button teach allows it to learn the guarded area. Sick V4000
The V4000 PB is a camera based system for complete guarding of press brakes. It is a compact system, consisting of a sender and a receiver, mounted on the upper beam of the press to protect against the hazardous, fast-closing movement. The protection system is easy to integrate into the machine controller. It uses the existing linear encoders to calculate the position of the top death centre, the velocity, the moving direction and the stopping distance.
